GM300 Series ST Thin Transverse Probe
$250.00
Thin transverse probe for the GM330 magnetometer—a slim, rigid tip that reads the field across the probe face for gap measurements, plus a configurable button for Freeze, Data Collection, Peak Hold, and Autozero.
Choose it when you’re measuring inside narrow gaps—between magnet poles, in motor or speaker air gaps, and across slots down to 0.65mm.
Description
Thin Transverse Probe for the GM330 Magnetometer
This probe measures magnetic fields perpendicular to its flat face, with the sensor set in a thin, rigid tip that slips into places a bulkier probe can’t reach. Where the Axial Probe reads along the probe shaft, the Transverse Probe reads across it—ideal for mapping the field in a gap rather than down a bore.
Choose it when you need to measure inside narrow gaps: between magnet poles, in motor and speaker air gaps, across slots, or anywhere the clearance is tight (down to 0.65mm gap) or you want a rigid tip and a repeatable sensor orientation.
Every GM300 Series probe includes a configurable button that puts common functions at your fingertips. From the meter, you can assign it to Freeze Reading, Start/Stop Data Collection, Peak Hold Reset, or Autozero—so you can trigger the action you use most without reaching back to the instrument.
Probe Type: Transverse (Single Axis)
Sensitivity range: 0.1 Gauss – 30 kGauss (ST Type)
